Too high ambient temperature, insufficient cooling water, and high cooling water temperature are not conducive to cooling.
The internal blockage of the oil cooler and the internal blockage of the oil filter will reduce the flow of the lubricating oil. If the surface of the oil cooler is clogged, the cooling air volume of the air-cooled model cannot pass through the cooler completely, and the optimal cooling effect cannot be achieved.
The thermal control valve is faulty. When the compressor is just started, the internal lubricating oil temperature is low. At this time, the lubricating oil does not need to be cooled, and can be directly passed through the thermal control valve and filtered through the oil filter to enter the main head. When the compressor is running for a period of time, the temperature of the lubricating oil rises. At this time, the thermal control valve is opened, and the lubricating oil passes through the thermal control valve to enter the oil cooler for cooling. Observe whether the thermal control valve is in good condition, and judge according to the temperature difference between the oil pipe connecting the thermal control valve and the oil cooler connecting the two oil pipes of the oil filter.

The valve diameter of the intake valve is too small. When the compressor is switched to unloading, the intake valve is closed. However, at this time, the compressor will still perform a small amount of gas production, and the valve diameter of the intake valve is too small to be sucked in. Sufficient atmospheric pressure is applied to compress, the internal pressure of the compressor is too low, and the flow rate of the lubricating oil cannot meet certain requirements.
