Analysis on the constraints and prospects of the development of heat exchanger industry in China
Since the advent of plate heat exchangers in the 1920s, heat exchangers have been in development for nearly 100 years, and the form of heat exchangers has become more and more abundant. The importance of the two countries has also promoted the development of heat exchangers. During the “Twelfth Five-Year Plan” period, the heat exchanger industry, as an important foundation for the development of China's HVAC industry, is constantly innovating and developing while reviewing the situation from the perspective of China's economy and target market demand. Analysis on the constraints of heat exchanger development
(1) Choice of materials. In the heat exchanger industry, the two main materials are copper and aluminum. In terms of fin thickness, some companies produce thin fins in order to steal profit margins, but the two devices need to be cleaned for a certain period of time. The thinner the fins, the more easily corroded and caused by perforation during cleaning. In a finned condenser, the thickness of the copper tube is generally controlled between 0.3 mm and 0.42 mm. In terms of the length of the copper tube, the shorter the copper tube, the more efficient the heat dissipation efficiency. However, the fewer the fins, the thinner the fins and the worse the heat dissipation efficiency. The area of the aluminum sheet can be reduced to a certain extent to greatly reduce the amount of aluminum used. Since aluminum sheets are used in finned condensers, the demand for aluminum is also large in the heat exchanger industry.
(2) Use of equipment. According to relevant experts, in the production process of heat exchangers, the equipment is often directly related to the quality of the products. Especially in the expansion process, if the equipment is not well-equipped, it may cause uneven copper tube wall when the tube is expanded. In the process of using the product, the uneven wall will not only cause the uneven heat dissipation to affect the product use effect, but also the perforation of the thinner wall will cause the heat exchanger to be completely damaged. In the quality assurance of the two products, the mold is very important, and the technical level of the good mold and the worker determines the quality of the product.
(3) The process flow is guaranteed. In the production process of heat exchanger products, the impact of process flow on product quality is complex and not quantifiable. In the process flow, the process of stealing and reducing, for example, only 20 major processes are required to complete only the main ones, and some processes that have no obvious impact on quality are directly eliminated. In addition, in the process technology, cut corners, for example, in the place where helium leak detection is required, direct use of nitrogen to detect leaks. In the case of anti-corrosion treatment, spray gun paint is used in places where cathodic capacitor baking is required. Moreover, because the process flow is closely related to labor and equipment, some of the processes with less impact on the quality of the product are not intuitive and can not be measured, and can only be expressed in the later use process. Even if it is expressed, it is only reflected in the quality instability. In the current heat exchanger market, the process of stealing and reducing the process has become an invisible aspect of quality. This saves costs to a certain extent, but it willinevitably affect the product over its service life.
Heat exchanger development prospects
In 2016, the scale of the heat exchanger industry exceeded 100 billion yuan. In 2020, the goal of becoming a world leader in heat exchangers from heat exchanger production countries will be achieved, and efforts will be made to accelerate the revitalization of China's equipment manufacturing industry. The precision, performance, life and reliability of the products have reached the level of similar products of large foreign companies in the same period, and the major equipment supporting heat exchangers have been localized. The design and manufacturing technology has reached the level of large companies outside the circle, and has a number of core intellectual property rights. There are 3-5 advantageous enterprises with independent intellectual property rights, world-renowned brands and strong international competitiveness. The total production and sales volume of the industry ranks among the top in the world, with 2-3 domestically-owned enterprises entering the top 10 sales of heat exchangers in the world. Industry production concentration reached 80 or more. These will provide a broader space for the heat exchanger industry.
In the future, domestic market demand will exhibit the following characteristics. Higher requirements are placed on product quality levels, such as environmental protection and energy-saving products, which will be the focus of future development. Demand for cost-effective products; strong demand for personalized and diversified products. Gradually pay attention to the selection of brand products. Large engineering projects favor large companies or enterprise group products.
