However, due to time constraints, the entire heating system is not officially flushed with water. The return water supply pipes are all connected by the main branch pipe. The result is that the dirt in the pipeline is at the heat exchange station. Recently, the heaters of the new wind turbines have been continuously deposited, and the flow of hot water has been continuously reduced, which has caused the heater to freeze. In essence, the temporary water supply pipeline was not flushed according to the construction regulations during the construction and blindly used to cause the cracking of the heater.
2. The valve position indicated by the self-control valve is incorrect.
Sometimes the new fan unit can operate normally before the new fan unit automatic control system is activated. After the activation, the freezing crack occurs. This is because the misoperation of the installation makes the water valve opening and closing indication position of the new fan unit the opposite of the computer indication of the automatic control system. The water supply of the new air unit is actually the current interruption state indicated by the automatic control system, which causes an accident.
