The special air pressure sealing device and bearing cooling device of the rotary flash dryer effectively extend the service life of the transmission part. The larger and wet particles are mechanically broken under the action of the agitator, and the particles with lower moisture content and smaller particle size are used. It is entrained by the rotating airflow and further dried during the ascent.
A special cooling device is arranged at the bottom of the rotary flash dryer to avoid the deterioration of the material in the high temperature zone at the bottom. The inlet pipe enters the stirring and pulverizing drying chamber from the bottom of the dryer at a suitable spraying speed, and the material is strongly sheared. Collision, friction and micronization enhances mass heat transfer.
