SRZ type radiator parameter table

The heat medium is steam or high temperature water. The working pressure of steam is 0.3-8 kg/cm2. The high temperature water temperature is around 130-170 degrees Celsius.


The SRZ-type heat-dissipating pipe is mainly composed of three rows of fork-arranged spiral finned tube bundles flowing in the direction of the air. The heat-dissipating fin bundle is processed by cold-rolled steel


With a mechanical winding method, it is wound on a seamless steel pipe and then galvanized on the surface. The contact surface of the heat dissipating fin and the heat dissipating tube is wide and tight, and the heat transfer performance is good, stable and corrosion resistant. Steam or high-temperature water flows through the steel pipe, and the heat is transferred to the air on the sheet surface by the fins wound around the steel pipe to heat the air.


The finned tubes of the SRZ type heat-dissipating tube are made of 15×0.4m/m cold-rolled steel strips with φ21×3m/m seamless steel tubes, which are spiral and are divided into large according to the heat release capacity (D). , medium (Z), small (X) three types, the slice distance S: D (S = 5 mm), Z (S = 6 mm), X (S = 8 mm) three total three eighteen specifications.
