During the operation of the heat transfer oil heat exchanger, care should be taken to avoid excessive temperature drop in the inlet and outlet oils. Otherwise, the power load will be too large, and the transformer will be burned and an accident will occur. Therefore, we must pay attention to some matters during the operation to ensure safe operation, as follows.


First, after receiving the warming notice, the inlet and return oil temperatures normally meet the normal operation of the workshop rubber powder.


Second, after starting the heat transfer oil furnace and the induced draft fan to be in normal operation, when the set oil inlet temperature is close to or lower than 2-3 °C, and the return oil temperature is not lower than 200 °C, the heat exchanger inlet and return valves are opened. (Open the oil valve first, then open the oil valve) 2-3 wire.


Third, preheating, to ensure that the oil return temperature of the heat transfer oil furnace is not lower than 200 ° C, after preheating for 30 minutes, then gradually open the heat exchanger inlet and return oil valves, and observe the reduction of the oil furnace inlet and return oil temperature. , timely adjust the inlet and return valve, and gradually increase to 3.5kg.


Fourth, after the pressure reaches 3.5, the change of the pressure gauge reading should be observed diligently. The pressure should be kept as high as 3.5kg. According to the change of the reading, the inlet and return valves must be adjusted in time. However, the pressure is strictly prohibited to exceed 4kg, and the accident of personal injury is strictly avoided.


Fifth, the heating is completed (the batching position should be notified in time), the heat exchanger valve should not be completely closed, and the inlet and return oil valves should be opened 1-2.


Sixth, preheating, try to maintain 1kg pressure. Avoid excessive temperature increase during the heating and returning oil, which affects the normal operation of the production equipment in the workshop.
