In order to achieve the best performance of heat pipe heat exchanger and apply it to more occasions, the following problems need to be solved:
1. Can find a kind of working temperature suitable for all kinds of work temperature without affecting the efficiency and reliability of heat exchanger;
2. The determination of the diameter of the heat pipe, the height of the fin, the thickness of the fin, etc., has no accurate basis, and these parameters have a great influence on the performance of the heat pipe;
3. The flue gas with more dust can accelerate the wear of the heat pipe or make the heat pipe easy to accumulate dust and reduce heat transfer capacity;
4. The structure of heat pipe radiator is relatively complex, with high technical requirements and high cost.
