Refrigeration equipment is a combination of chiller and chiller plant. Cooling equipment cooling methods are direct cooling and indirect cooling two.
The direct cooling is to install the evaporator of the refrigerator in the cabinet or the building of the refrigeration device, to directly cool the air in the evaporator by the evaporation of the refrigerant, and to cool the object to be cooled by the cold air. This cooling method has the advantage of cooling speed, heat transfer temperature difference is small, the system is relatively simple, and thus widely used.
Indirect cooling is the evaporation of refrigerant in the evaporator of the refrigerator to cool the refrigerant (such as salt water), and then the refrigerant is fed into the cabinet or building of the refrigeration device to cool the air therein through the heat exchanger. This cooling mode slow cooling, the total heat transfer temperature, the system is also more complex, it is only used for fewer occasions, such as brine ice and temperature requirements of a constant cold storage.
